Hound
Hound
Remember Sabbath, Atomic Rooster and the Metallica that brought you Kill ‘Em All? You remember that sound? It’s called hard rock and Hound are bringing it back!

The trio, comprised of Perry Shall, Chris Wilson (Ted Leo and the Pharmacists) and Colin McGinniss (None More Black), is releasing their debut album, Out of Time, on SRA Records on November 28th.

Since 2011 Hound has given Philadelphians a reason to grow their hair long and put their jean jackets on, and now they’re unleashing their heavy riffs on the rest of the world. So make room on that record shelf, clear some space in the gray matter between your ears and turn it up!
Friendship Commanders
Friendship Commanders
Friendship Commanders are a band from Nashville. Jerry Roe and B. Arson are the two founding members, and they are sometimes joined by a bassist live. Their debut project, a six song EP called AMOS, was released on June 11th, 2013. Its follow-up, an EP called GARFIELD, was released on October 17th, 2015.

They have also released a three-sided single, "TSS001," for Cassette Store Day 2014, as well as three Halloween singles which benefited addiction research. Their first full-length album will be released in Spring of 2016.

It was in the teachers lounge of a suburban Philadelphia high school where former Hey Angel guitarist/biology teacher Dave Adoff finally convinced art teacher Marilyn McCauley to share her songs with him.

McCauley had long told her friend she wrote songs on piano and guitar, but only really sang by herself at home.

They began writing songs together and Adoff enlisted his buds, bass player Dan Gross (None More Black) and Brendan Hill (Hey Angel, The Curse) to play drums. In January 2015, after nearly a year practicing in Hill’s garage and shaping their sound, Jackie Thousand recorded their debut EP, The Usual Order, with Pete Steinkopf at his Little Eden Studio in Asbury Park, NJ.

Steinkopf, the Bouncing Souls guitarist, co-produced the record with musician Dave Hause. The solo artist and former Loved Ones frontman is a longtime friend of the band who many moons ago played in hardcore band Step Ahead with Adoff and Hill.
