The Beatles are skiffle group hailing from Liverpool that blends the stomp of Little Richard with the pop sensibility of the Everly Brothers. Lead singers John Lennon (ex Quarryman) and Paul McCartney (ex Quarryman) trade back and forth howling performances as if each note is the last they will ever sing. George Harrison's (ex Quarryman) leads soar effortlessly over McCartney's pulsing bass and the thumping drums of Ringo Starr (ex Rory Storm and the Hurricanes). The Beatles are already becoming a critics favorite with Spin.com recently adding them to their monthly "Top 5 click-worthy Bandcamp pages" list. You can check it out here thebeatles.bandcamp.com.

"The Beatles are one of the top live bands you wanna catch this summer" -Pop matters

"If Elvis Presley, Little Richard, Chuck Berry, Buddy Holly, and the Everly Brothers met at Roy Orbison's favorite Sunglass Hut, the result would be the Beatles" -Stereogum

Formed in the fall of 2010 by schoolmates and long time friends Davey Cope and Demian Mason, LeBon LeBon was, at first, nothing more than an experiment in song writing. Cope and Mason, both founding members of the Philadelphia based Fantasy Square Garden, decided to join forces again to create a "fake band" that would act as a vehicle to promote the holiday single "Megan Fox for Christmas". But the duo's repertoire would grow to include songs of an equally corrupt and catchy nature, drawing influences from such acts as Human League, Depeche Mode, Tears For Fears, Prince and Morris Day and the Time. Aided by the production savvy of Andres Villamil aka Sir Isaac Newton John, LeBon LeBon aims to create a sound both musically satisfying and self consciously humorous, a Spinal Tap for hipsters.
