Cousin Brian
Cousin Brian
A rapid-heartbeat collection of jittery guitar jangles from the neighborhood geeks, with a whirlwind of catchy hooks coming from every section of the band.

Say no to sissy pop. Spike your daily angst cocktail with a bold shot of COUSIN BRIAN, Philly's finest bastards of the new wave. They spill over with East Bay-style vigor and piss, but they ditch the wall of sound in favor of post-rock complexity and composition. They don't need no stinkin' distortion to bust out gritty hardboiled rock nuggets, leaning toward reverb and odd chord voicings to create tension. Vocalist Sean soars and screeches like a young hungover Perry Farrell waking up in a ditch, mouth packed full of dirt and blood, but thankfully there is no Dave Navarro wankery to go along, while overdriven bass lines propel tunes like "Tired" and "Comfortably Bummed" into the stratosphere of astral protopunk jangle." - The Boston Hassle
Jackie Paper
Jackie Paper
Avowed fans of the classics, spanning from Jethro Tull to Black Sabbath and the Doors, as well as varied contemporaries of today including Beck, Brain Jonestown Massacre and Ty Segall, Jackie Paper’s music draws from these influences and seamlessly blends the genres of psychedelic rock, experimental and shoegaze throughout their ever-growing discography. In each dynamically layered and pulsating track, you’ll hear an eclectic blend of synth, percussion, guitar, and flute accompanied by hushed and droney vocals that restlessly awaken, catching its breath between fuzzy guitar riffs and penetrating drum beats.
White Crayon
White crayon is influenced by Stray Bullet, cold salt water and Messier 1. Sounds like 61 Cygni.
Clementine
Clementine
"Airy guitars, melodic bass, and pounding drums that will make you fall in love, break up, die and resurrect again, only to realize you're already dead and that's okay."
